BBQ Pulled Chicken, Teriyaki Veggies June 17, 2011

Filed under: Dinner — Maria @ 5:45 pm

For dinner I am having frozen foods ha — BBQ pulled chicken (from a few weeks ago) and a teriyaki veggie medley of broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (courtesy of Green Giant ha). These veggies were just ok, I’m not sure what I think of them. I believe they would be better in a stirfry in the future. The chicken was pretty good though! I am so glad I save leftovers :) Now I am rushing off to my softball game and then babysitting at 8:30pm. I hope it doesn’t rain until I am in bed later tonight. The sky definitely looks like rain though booo. It was horrible last night, it woke me up out of a dead sleep. I hope that the girls go to bed shortly after I get there tonight so I can get someĀ  studying in. I have a lot to do and want to get into the gross lab early. Ahhh the joys of crunching before test time!

Meatballs with Sauce, Kiwi

Filed under: Lunch — Maria @ 9:01 am

Today for lunch I packed four meatballs in sauce (frozen, thanks gram!) and a sliced kiwi. I literally have no food at all, this is what I had to bring. I desperately need to go shopping, tomorrow will have to be the day since today is jam packed as well. One of my roommates whose a med student is on an away rotation and the other left yesterday until Sunday so essentially our refrigerator is currently only consisting of condiments. I have some frozen stuff I could live on, but not much that makes a good/quick lunch. I just hope today goes by fast and I can get some studying in. Class time!

Fiber One Cereal with Fresh Strawberries

Filed under: Breakfast — Maria @ 8:17 am

For breakfast today I had a bowl of Fiber One cereal with almond milk and fresh strawberries. I never put strawberries in before and they are soooo good. I might even like them more than the blueberries I have been putting in the last few times. So last night I hung out with the boy and we got dinner at Five Guys ahhhh. He was craving it so clearly I had to give in. Of course I loved it too. We devoured them in 3.2 seconds hence the no picture. Today I have super busy day. Lecture all morning, then head& neck presentations for a few hours in the afternoon, review in the gross last, running home quick for dinner, softball game, then right to babysitting ahhh. I don’t know how I manage to fit all of this stuff in my schedule. Luckily, tonight I am babysitter late so I can study lots :)
