Salmon Potato Cakes on Spring Mix

Tonight for dinner is the same as 2 nights ago — salmon potato cakes on spring mix with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This is sooo great!! I am especially enjoying it since I had 7 hours of lecture ughh! We were only supposed to have 3 in the morning but our professor tacked one more on from tomorrow’s lecture so we can do once less then, which will be a good thing tomorrow. Today it was foreverrrr. My school has the AC powered up on super duper high and I froze all day. Now I am home and my AC doesn’t work that well and I am dying. I’m sure I will be fine once my body regulates all the crazy temperatures it was at in the last half hour. Tonight will consist of packing for the weekend, studying, and repainting my toenails :)
