A Grad Student's Journey Toward Healthy Eating

California, Tuna/Avocado, Salmon/Cucumber Sushi Rolls May 8, 2012

Filed under: Dinner — Maria @ 8:51 pm

Tonight for dinner the boy and I went into the city for sushi and I had miso soup, a house salad, a California roll, a tuna/avocado roll, and a salmon cucumber roll. We also split edamame. It was alll sooo good. The boyfriend had to finish my rolls because my eyes are always bigger than my stomach. We haven’t actually gone out (vs. getting take out) sushi in a long time so it was really nice. The place we went to was actually really busy too. We were shocked for it being a random Tuesday night. It was great regardless though — excellent food and service! Sooo now I am going to study some radiology while the boy watches the Flyers and Phillies games. I hate that I always have to study but I’m lucky he understands. I have a super long day tomorrow. I have class all morning and then am getting CPR certified all afternoon. I was certified in the past but we need it up to date for rotations. Hopefully it will go by fast!
