Ham & Cheese Omelette, Toast, Sliced Pear March 13, 2012

Filed under: Lunch — Maria @ 1:43 pm

Today for lunch I made a honey ham and mozzarella cheese omelette with a slice of whole wheat toast with butter and a sliced pear. This was soooo good! I literally always buy egg whites/substitute in the cartons but this week I decided to buy a dozen eggs and I am sooo glad I did. I definitely like them better. I think I will continue to buy them in the future as well, especially since they are more affordable. Well today was a flop of a day. My 8-11am class got canceled at 7:58am, of course after everyone was there and ready to begin. But I had to stay at school because I had diversity training from 12-1pm which was also a waste of my time. I felt that everything they taught everyone in our group already knew and it should have been targeted at a younger/less educated population but I guess it didn’t hurt. Now I get to spend the rest of my day studying for my pharm quiz tomorrow — exciting stuff ahead!
