Tonight for dinner I split a piece of baked haddock with my mom and had some broiled brussel sprouts. I had a late lunch so I wasn’t that hungry. This was delicious and just enough! It is sooo good to be home. I already made two pumpkin pies for tomorrow and now I am in the process of making the dough for my homemade cinnamon buns for the morning. I am going out tonight with some friends from high school so I hope I can get up early enough to roll the dough, let it rise a little, and bake them in time for breakfast. This is such an exciting holiday with all the yummy dishes. My mom and I are prepping a lot of stuff for dinner tomorrow so we can save some time. It is nice having to refrigerators. My brother is currently making fresh rolls for tomorrow as well. He is our bread maker! Ohhh and he gave me my birthday present today — a donut maker!!! It’s shaped liked a donut too and is so fun. Can’t wait to try it!
