Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake November 19, 2011

Filed under: Desserts — Maria @ 7:13 pm

Earlier this evening I decided to make a marbled pumpkin cheesecake. I followed this recipe and it got great reviews so I was hoping it would be delicious — and wow it was!! As part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program, I received two coupons from Land O Lakes for a free dozen of eggs. I must say this is my first time purchasing Land O Lakes eggs, or any brown eggs for that matter. I know they have no nutritional difference so I was glad I received these coupons to try them out because I am not sure I would have on my own. I used three of them in this cheesecake and it definitely turned out great! I am not sure if I would buy them again since they cost twice as much as white eggs at my store, but it was great to have tried them and I wouldn’t be afraid to use them in the future! Thanks Foodbuzz :)
