Tonight for dinner I made a perfect roast chicken, potatoes, carrots, and steamed green beans. I really needed to make a well-balanced meal so this did the trick. The chicken was soooo moist, so much more so than any rotissiere chicken I have ever had. The recipe calls for a whole lemon and a whole head of garlic both sliced in half stuck in the cavity and wow do they make the flavors pop. It called for thyme as well, and I added a little rosemary too — so delish! I finally finished my SP write up for tomorrow too so all of my assignments are done. Now all I have to do is fill my 6 test tubes with something sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and 2 scents for neuro lab tomorrow. Should be interesting!
