This morning for breakfast I made sweet zucchini pancakes that I saw on Tasty Kitchen. I had some leftover grated zucchini and didn’t want to make bread or muffins so I thought this recipe would be perfect. I followed it exactly! In the future I would have probably added a little less milk so they would have been thicker but there were still super dense from the Greek yogurt and zucchini. I topped these bad boys with butter and mMm sooo good! I never make pancakes any more, so I think I am going to start experimenting with some recipes more often. So last night I made an attempt to go out in the city, but ended up pregaming at a friend’s place until like 12:30am because we couldn’t get any cabs. Then I just headed home since I was already feeling quite the buzz and didn’t feel like spending a half hour at the bar. It was still fun though!
