A Grad Student's Journey Toward Healthy Eating

Homemade Pizza, Red Grapes, Green Bell Peppers August 18, 2011

Filed under: Lunch — Maria @ 8:02 am

Today for lunch I packed a homemade pizza made on a wrap with red grapes and a sliced green bell pepper. I didn’t want a turkey sandwich again today and I didn’t have many other quick options so I whipped this up quick and popped it in the oven while I prepared the rest of my breakfast/lunch. Now I am just waiting for it to cool so I can pack it up in my lunchbox. When I was home last week my mom bought me this bread shaped plastic container to hold a sandwich. I have been wanting one since we always run out of foil, plastic wrap, and baggies, but this one is extreme. It is hot pink and has a huge heart on the lid — clearly for a child. I sport it though not to worry. Today it is hold my pizza, how fun ha! Hopefully today is a good day minus all the dreary rain. Toodles!
