This morning for breakfast I made my usual green monster smoothie with a frozen fruit medley (mangos, pineapple, strawberries, and peaches), a frozen banana, skim milk, half scoop of vanilla protein powder, 2 packets of truvia, and 2 huge handfuls of spinach. Such a great way to start my day! I am hoping it gives me energy to stay focused for my physio exam at 3pm. I am feeling majorly overwhelmed about it. I woke up a few times during the night and had all these hormone pathways on the brain — not good! I wish it was in the morning so I could get it over with earlier but such is life. I need to hop in the shower and then pack a lunch so I can get to escuela.
