Spinach Garlic Pizza, Celery Sticks July 2, 2011

Filed under: Lunch — Maria @ 12:41 pm

For lunch today I made a pizza on a whole wheat pita with spinach, garlic, a sprinkle of mozzarella/light swiss/feta/grated pecorino romano cheeses, onion flakes, drizzled with olive oil, salt, and pepper and some celery sticks. It was sooo good! I couldn’t stop thinking about the pizza I had the other night and knew I had to create a similar version myself. This turned out great, I wish I had some ricotta or mushrooms to add. I did have some broccoli but I am saving that for a recipe later this week. Most of the morning I spent typing notes for a physiology lecture and painting my toe nails this new fun color called A Grape Fit by OPI. I love switching up my nail polish, especially in the summer :) I might do my fingernails this color later on too. I am totally loving this long holiday weekend yayyy!
