A Grad Student's Journey Toward Healthy Eating

Ham & Turkey Sandwich, Red Grapes, Carrots June 13, 2011

Filed under: Lunch — Maria @ 7:41 am

For lunch today I packed a honey ham and oven roasted turkey sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with red grapes and baby carrots. After anatomy lab all morning, I am planning to head into the pharm lab to do some work study. As of Friday, I am officially going to San Diego in a little less than 2 weeks — flight is booked and all. I am only going for 2 days pretty much but I will be able to do my oral presentation and present my poster for my research. Today will involve calculating new statistics to put on my poster to include my peptide, as well as making my powerpoint for my presentation. I would l0veeee to finish it all today but easier said than done, especially finding my professor to approve everything. I can only hope for the best. Then home to study tonight ahhh, I’m not going to like getting used to this.
