Tonight for dinner I made the same thing as last night — shrimp tacos made with white shrimp, tomato, avocado, lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese on TJ’s whole wheat tortillas drizzled with lime juice with some crispy kale chips. Oh sooo good and filling! I was sooo hungry all afternoon and wanted to eat the most unhealthy things but I knew I would spoil my dinner and I’m so glad I waited because this meal is totally worth it. I will definitely add this to my list of favorites. I ended up getting a little work done on my thesis, in the grand scheme of things. I really need a lot more articles that I have saved on the F drive at school so come Monday I will print a bunch of those out so I can work more efficiently from home. I totally should have gone the MBA route where I just have to pass a test or something to get my Master’s. Guess it’s a little late for that now huh? Ok, off to babysit for the night. Enjoy!
