Tonight for dinner I made meatloaf, steamed asparagus, and sliced yams. This was amazing! I love cooking a real meal, especially something my mom would make. It reminds me so much of home and I love that feeling. I was able to get a little studying down this afternoon but not too much because I literally was on the phone with my mom, grandma, friend, and cousin for the last few hours. When it rains it pours ha! It’s always good to talk to the people I love though. I am excited to watch Army Wives tonight. I haven’t watched one of “my shows” since last Monday night so it’s been a while to have an episode to look forward to. Hopefully tonight is a good one! Then I just plan on doing a little more studying and setting up my three lectures for tomorrow, none of which are posted yet of course. Booo to the weekend ending!

Chicken & Vegetable Teriyaki Stir Fry Over White Rice
Today for lunch I am having the last of my chicken and vegetable teriyaki stir fry over rice white. I added a little soy sauce to this before I heated it up and it was perfect. I apologize for not blogging at all this weekend. I got a little lazy and then I spent some time with the boy and didn’t take any pictures of our meals at all eeek! I promise I’ll get back on track this week, especially nice I have so much delicious food ha. It is a beautiful day out today so I definitely want to get outside. I am planning to study a little radiology and then maybe go for a walk. Sometimes I can’t even believe how mild our winter has been. I literally did not shovel once which is shocking! I think I scrapped my car off twice too, am I sure I live in Pennsylvania? I am not complaining too much though because too much snow means no school and then I would have super long days making up missed classes when I definitely don’t want. Alright, well have a great day everyone!
Grocery Order Yayyy!
It has been exactly 3 weeks since I went grocery shopping last, that means I made it the entire time successfully whooo hooo! I wasn’t sure if I could do it, but I did so I definitely will try to again. I bought a ton of stuff again today at a few stores so we’ll see how long it lasts me. I bought a bunch of meat and have some in the freezer so I shouldn’t need that next time I go. Below are the goods:
