Tonight for dinner I am having a bowl of butter and garlic mussels. I actually added some extra water as they were cooking and then de-shelled them and ate it as a bowl of mussel soup — amazing! I snacked around when I got home from school today so I am not super hungry. These mussels are fabulous and just enough food. I am kind of nervous for my cardiology test tomorrow so I’m really just trying to focus on that. I will probably go to bed early as well since I rarely get a good night’s sleep the night before a big exam. At this point, I’m just ready for it to be over. I have a full day of classes tomorrow so I have to figure out what I am going to pack for lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed not having to pack a lunch much the last few weeks. Oh well, one day won’t kill me ha. Alright well time to review a little more, shower, and then watch Dance Mom’s (crazy I know). Tomorrow is hump day which means one more day closer to the weekend!!
This morning for breakfast I am having a bowl of Kashi honey cinnamon instant oatmeal with a sliced up pear. It is a little chilly today so this warm meal tastes great and will stick to my ribs. I totally forgot to set up my notes for class this morning so I really need to do that now so I’m not behind in class. Luckily, I only have class 8-11am today since our afternoon professor rescheduled him class until tomorrow afternoon. That means I get to do some work study which is much needed. I ran into one of the Master’s students from the lab yesterday and told her I would be by today so now I have no excuse. I figure I can go for a few hours at least to break up class from cardio studying. Also, I (stupidly) started reading The Hunger Games last night with the intention of reading one chapter as a break from studying and let’s just say I read a little more than that and am obsessed. No more until after my test tomorrow ah!
