Tonight for dinner I am having a bowl of my homemade beef chili. I have not been in the cooking mode too much lately so I love having pre-made meals in the freezer. I think tomorrow night I will make something though, I just don’t know what since I don’t have any of my usual veggies. But I am not going to grocery shopping until March 11th so I will make it work! Food wise it isn’t that hard to go 3 weeks without buying food but I actually miss the actual process of shopping for it since I thoroughly enjoy it. Luckily, I went grocery shopping with the boy yesterday morning so I’m hoping that will hold me over ha. Tonight I am going to start a little more for cardio and then shower and get ready for the 2 hour season premiere of Army Wives. I was sooo nervous they were going to cancel it, I was happy to see previews for tonight’s premiere. Hope it’s a good one!

Spinach Mushroom Cheese Pizzas, Celery Sticks
For lunch today I made two spinach mushroom cheese pizzas on whole wheat pizzas with celery sticks. I made pancakes for breakfasts so I wanted to have a lighter lunch. This will do just fine! I have a lot of studying to do for my cardio test on Wednesday so there is lots to learn. One of my roommate’s had a friend stay over for the weekend so it’s been hard to study with them always chatting. I am just used of it being quieter around here so I can actually get some studying done. I am even considering going to school for a few hours but we’ll see. I much prefer to stay in my apartment. I also got this sweet coupon in the mail for Dunkin Donuts to get a free iced coffee or iced tea every Monday for the next 8 weeks. I don’t usually drink coffee but for some reason I do enjoy it iced once in a while. I can’t wait to stop by and get one tomorrow yayy!
Shrimp Flatbread and Grilled Shrimp Salad
Yesterday for lunch I went to Red Lobster with the boy and we both got the shrimp flatbread and grilled shrimp salad lunch combo. It is described as wood-grilled shrimp on a thin, crispy crust with three melted cheeses, fresh tomatoes and onions, paired with the wood-grilled shrimp salad. It was actually really good! I couldn’t finish the flatbread since I ate two amazingly delicious cheesy biscuits. Our waitress even wanted to bring us more! Of course, I thought about it for a split second so I could bring them home haha but then I smartened up. I do love those babies though. Then we did some shopping and the boyfriend ordered a couch which is amazing. He has only had one chair in his living room since moving to his new apartment in the fall since his couch wouldn’t fit through the door frame. So it will be wonderful to not have to share an oversized chair when I come visit haha. I love the new couch too! Time to relax a bit :D
