Tonight for dinner is minute steaks, steamed broccoli, and mashed cauliflower. I am happy to say I finished the majority of my work this evening. I still need to update my SP sheet, finish my community service outline, and work on my pre-lab but none of that stuff is due tomorrow for the most part. I am going to try to get those done this evening as well. I need to talk to one of my roommates about the outline since it’s at a place where she interned at last semester and I need some questions clarified but it shouldn’t take long. That might have to wait until tomorrow though since her boyfriend is over tonight and I don’t want to bother her. I should be able to get my pre-lab finished though and update my SP sheet for tomorrow. Andddd I can still get to bed at a decent hour! I think making sure I get enough sleep is imperative with my possible cold coming along. Hump day tomorrow :)

Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Honey Crisp Apple
For lunch today I made a buffalo chicken pizza with a honey crisp apple. I didn’t feel like making a sandwich so this is the next best thing. I am also packing a honey crisp apple since my mom says there are the best. If I can recall, I bought some last fall too and they were delicious. They are huge too so I’m sure this lunch will keep me full during my long day of classes. Luckily, I basically have leftovers for dinner too so I can heat those up while I hand write my SP from last week and work on my pre-lab which hopefully gets posted under our assignments today. Always so much to do! Hey at least it’s October right? I’m so glad this year is moving along since I feel like I am taking on much more than I can handle. I’m hanging in there though!
Cheerios with Almond Milk, Banana
This morning for breakfast I am having a bowl of Cheerios with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a banana. I must say I didn’t get much sleep last night. I woke up around 3:30am and am not sure I ever fully fell back asleep. I was constantly studying for Research Methods, even to the point where I got up to get my charts and formulas from my desk and was studying them in bed to the light of my phone. Ugh can’t wait for this to be over in like an hour or so. My week will get a little bit easier after this thankfully. I just hate that I feel like I am coming down with something on top of it all. Ok, I need to make something for lunch quick and then get to school to review!
