Tonight’s dinner I actually made last night because I knew I would be exhausted after babysitting. I had shrimp scampi with broccoli and brown rice. My mom makes this at home (minus the broccoli added in) and I love it! It was nice to not have to cook when I came home. I did snack more than I should have while babysitting so no brownies or desserts for me tonight :( I hate when I do that! Anyway, I’m babysitting again all day tomorrow so I’m just going to make a promise right now not to eat anything I didn’t bring! Hopefully tonight I can gather some energy to get some studying done because I really need to. Niiight bloggers!
Today for lunch I had three toasted Wasa Crisp ‘n Light 7 Grain crackers with my homemade guacamole! Nothing compares to homemade guacamole, I don’t care what anybody says ;) With those, I cut up half a cucumber and a nectarine! Soooo delicious! I had a super long day babysitting and because I was running late this morning I didn’t get time to post my lunch until now. I need a nap!
This morning for breakfast I made homemade sour cream pancakes and topped them with strawberries and bluebrries. Wow they were so good and moist. This recipe is definitely another keeper! I hate to run but I have to leave for babysitting in 8 minutes and didn’t even finish eating nevermind get ready or pack. Ahhh chat later!
